Who can use Sprintax? • F-1 or J-1 students for whom 2020 was the 5 th or less calendar year in the U. S. • Example: You entered the U. S. no earlier than 2016 and have been in the U. S. at least one day in each calendar year since then. • J-1 non-students (scholars, researchers, etc) for whom 2020 was the 2 nd or less calendar year in the U. S. • Example: You entered the U. S. in 2019 or 2020. • Others who did not pass the Substantial Presence Test in 2020.
