Initial Follow-up Consultation v Repeat Body Composition Analysis and discuss findings (compare to initial BCA) • Begin discussion with Visceral Fat (most important) and work your way up. • A loss of 2 points within any category is average (anything more would be excellent). • Example: If Visceral rating is 14 and drops to 10 that would be excellent. v Body Water %: • If percentage is still below ideal and client states they drink a lot water, they may not be absorbing the water (could be due to low trace minerals). • Speak with coach for further recommendations. v After findings of BCA have been discussed, provide client with: § Copy of the BCA. • Instruction Sheets: Days 51 -71 (Full) or Days 25 -45 (Short) and have them view final Video” in “Sprint. For example: if Visceral rating is 14 and drops to 10 that would be excellent. v Repeat Oxidative Urine Analysis Test (Meta-Oxy) • Compare to initial test (a decrease of one level is average - Ex: 7 to 6) • If they remain at a level of 4 or higher they would benefit from further detoxification (see recommendations below). Recommendations to determining if a second Full Sprint is warranted: (if one or more of the following apply) • Visceral fat and/or body fat % remain high and/or are in the red zone • Oxidative Urine Analysis is a level 4 or higher • Additional loss of 15+ pounds needed v Determining if a Short Sprint is warranted: • This is recommended for those who have the last few pounds to lose (10 -15 lbs) • Oxidative Urine Analysis is a level 4 or higher • Cannot afford the Full Sprint

Joan Doe – Sprint 2 or Joan Doe-Short Sprint) v If findings do not support another round, at the very least they will transition to “Sprint. Set for Life Silver. ” In the “Sprints” tab click on “Add Sprint” Enter “Sprint. Set Name” (ex. Joan Doe – Life) • Log-in information (username and password will remain the same) v The main goal of “Sprint. Set for Life” is for the client to have sustained weight loss. Clients may also continue to lose during this phase if desired. v Benefits of “Sprint. Set for Life Silver” (this is complementary) • Personal accountability via the tracking portal to ensure continued success. • Access to Sprint. Set for Life Forum (Ex: tips, challenges, recipes, etc) • Access to private Facebook community with continued support from Sprint. Set Experts. v Benefits of “Sprint.
