2019 Dues Collection 7 Collection Fees were applied for 2019 dues. As of 2/5/2019, sixteen (16) lots have not paid 2019 Dues; all will be charged a collection fee. Second and Third Notices have already been sent as well as mail and email (if available) We will begin lien filing process on February 15, 2019.

Maintenance Committee 2018 Accomplishments. . Established Parson Park and added bench Fresh mulch at entrances, gazebo area, and cul-de-sacs Replaced cedar shingle roof at gazebo Replaced sprinkler controller and sprayed for ants Removed tall weeds around front ponds Landscaping improvements in all common areas Removed down tree and other trees in Norris Rd Park Purchased new Schavey Road Fountain pump; unfortunately we had to send in a couple of times under warranty Established new contract with mowing company and separate landscape maintenance company Sara. Ann Entrance Building repairs
2019 Project Priorities. . Reconstruct Tennis Courts; remove and reinstall existing fencing and nets Reconstruct one cul-de-sac Receive quotes for Schavey Road entrance replacement Replace dead plantings in all landscaping areas Improve landscaping in Gazebo area and possibly drainage improvements
