Executive Internship The Target Stores Executive Internship focuses on the leadership skills needed for retail management. In your 10 week internship you will have exposure to executive level leadership. Included in the 10 weeks are a number of training opportunities, including specific leadership training outside your store and special projects. Learn store business practice, gain project management skills and lead a team of 25 -40 team members.

Executive Team Leader Business College 8 weeks classroom and on-the-job training Leading a team of 25 -40 Recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, counseling, and coaching Leadership Open/Close store, guest service during operation Sales Be a brand leader for a $5 -10 million department Positions Guest Service, Sales Floor, Logistics, Human Resources Typical Hours Variation depending on the time of the year typically 50 hours / week Set schedule, one night a week and every other weekend

What we are looking for in an Executive Team Leader 4 -year college degree Ability to operate store computer and electronic systems Proven conflict management skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
