How Teams are Formed • Goal of the SSC: – Provide a place to play soccer for the youth of Southington – Field as many teams that we can that will be competitive within our district of the CJSA • When forming teams that align with the goal of the SSC we must take into account: – The total number of registered players per season – Their Age – Their Ability • In addition, decisions are made for what is best for the SSC holistically and NOT what is best just for a single season, single team, or a single player http: //southingtonsoccer. org
