The reason for levy: To promote the fair assignment of radio frequencies, the effective usage of frequency resources, encourage the development of new radio technology, and to achieve the concept payment by the user. 2. Levy Period: Once a year, from July 1 to July 31. 3. Annual revenue of the radio frequency usage fee : Based on the 170 MHz released bandwidth of 3 G service, the annual revenue of the radio frequency usage fee is about 506 Million NTD (or about 15 Million USD). 5
