The Making of a National Restaurant 2003 was a very special year. It was a year of great lesson for me. Because it was a year of great tribulation for our country & me. It was a year of much suffering & dealth! It was the year of SARS!

My World has gone upside down! 3 years of hardwork wasted…all my five restaurants were forced to a closure. I was left with nothing. Depressed but not giving up, I went to New York to stay with a friend, to clear my thoughts in a new environment.

And then, when I was taking a shower in the middle of a winter night, something happened….
