Our Vision Become a unique, local craft beer and kombucha nano-brewing facility educating the public on Farm -to-Beverage production (some ingredients in the production process will come from products grown on the farm)
Site Characteristics • • Conveniently located on Maple View Farm Easy access from town with sufficient parking Sufficient production for a family business Space in the facility to accommodate regular small-sized groups of patrons with capacity for larger special events • BREW will likely grow from 2500 gallons to 20, 000 gallons per year, offering 4 -10 beers and 2 -4 kombucha flavors.
