Materials n n n n Translucent powder Spirit gum Wax Concealor color wheel/foundation Cream color Stage blood Stippling sponge Spatula
First and Foremost n n Cleanse and moisturize area Powder area to remove shine and stickiness
Bruises Bruise Color Wheel 1. Red 2. Blue 3. Purple 4. Yellow 5. Brown 6. Green
Bruises KEEP IN MIND 1. Blend, but don’t overblend 2. Make impact areas darker 3. Cause will determine shape NEW BRUISES 1. Apply red = soreness effect 2. Add darker red and purple 3. Blue adds depth OLD BRUISES 1. Apply yellow first, then green and brown
Black Eye Bruises 1. Highlight around eye 1. 2. Using brush, draw red cream line under eye 1. 3. 2. 3. 4. 5. Blend to soften Stipple brownish-red color 1. 4. Makes eye look smaller and swollen Under outer corner Eyelide Brow bone/temple Or on other impact area Add other color for newer/older bruise Add tiredness shadow
Simple Cuts 1. Clean surface and powder Or else color will smear 2. Smear red for pale pink soreness Use very little 3. 4. Stipple line to desired/appropriate position Use same color and end of brush/spatula and dab color down center of pale red Keep it thick to add texture
