Bugs § 1190 Blank data populated in snapshot (No development activity) § Blank Fields data not reported in interchanges other than discipline: § Student Demographics, School Association, IEP Participation § Records have not been submitted by the district or the Administrative Unit – you’ll need to reach out to district and AU respondents to ensure data has been submitted. § Primary Disability – investigating if a particular disability is not being included in the disability table possibly 4

Bugs § 1232 Validity check to ensure Incident Identifier is in both discipline interchanges § Solution is in process – most likely a report § 1264 Add Batch number to reports § Development in the process of adding batch number to reports § 3280 Incident Identifier must be unique § Districts who haven’t uploaded interchange files prior to 07/24 will need to re-upload the files. 5

Bugs § 3581 CSDB unable to perform Collection specific functions § Check with AU to see if they are receiving email notifications which is the remaining outstanding issue § 3585 AU 30011 error creating/updating snapshot § Check with AU to see if they are still receiving this error § 3641 Inconsistency in numbers reported § Check with AU to see if they are still seeing inconsistencies in number of records reported between email notifications and cognos reports § 3642 All encompassing detail spreadsheet § Vendor created an excel spreadsheet that can be filtered on data 8 summary report categories to see detail data.

SPECIAL EDUCATION DISCIPLINE DEADLINES § Thursday, May 29, 2014 § Date by which the following interchange files must be submitted by districts § Discipline Incident, Discipline Action, Student Demographics, Student School Association, Special Education IEP Participation § Thursday, June 5, 2014 § Date by which you must generate your first Special Education Discipline Snapshot in the Data Pipeline § Thursday, June 26, 2014 § Date by which 90% of your total record count must be passed Discipline Incident and Action Interchange validations § Thursday, August 7, 2014 § Date by which 90% of your total record must be passed Special Education Discipline Snapshot Validations. 9

August 7 th , 2014 Deadline § Date by which 90% of your total record must be passed Special Education Discipline Snapshot validations § 90% of records that will be submitted for the Special Education Discipline Data Collection must meet the criteria to be included in the Snapshot data set and reports. § In order for records to be included in the Special Education Discipline Data Collection Snapshot data set and reports, the data must pass all Snapshot validations. Any records not included in the Snapshot that should be will need to be corrected at the source and resubmitted at the Interchange, then the Snapshot regenerated. 10

Status § At 3 pm on Thursday, August 7 th, 2014 a snapshot will be taken which will show the following information: § Does Data Exist § Are there Validation Errors This information is also included in the Data Pipeline System under Discipline Status Dashboard There a number of AUs that don’t show any data 11
