Exceptional Learners • Students with special needs are described as exceptional learners. • As an educator who works with students with special needs it helps to be patient, flexible, and understanding of their needs. Each of the students have their own special needs, and as an educator you are there to help your students face their challenges, grow, and develop.
Twinkle, Little Star • Twinkle, twinkle, little star, What a wonderful child you are! With bright eyes and nice round cheeks, Talented person from head to feet. Twinkle, twinkle, little star, What a wonderful child you are!
• The number of students who need special education is expected to grow much faster than the number of students overall. That means schools will have a greater need for special education teachers than for other kinds of teachers. (http: //www. College. Board. com)
