Jane Dalli, NE, “When we request the additional information on sales and payroll based renewals that we get the response within 30 days so it gives us adequate time to market the renewal. ” 2. Landyn Dooley, SE, “Responsiveness to questions and providing additional info helps RPS provide faster TAT. ” II. Consolidation efforts A. BOR and Remarket are currently running at 30 -60 days out; goal is to be in the 60 -90 day range. B. Factors that influence this include the initial list receipt date and 2 month processing time. III. Response to email/voicemails within 24 hours is reasonable 6
