We eat eggs of Duck, Hen, Goose etc. � We also meat of Hen, Chicken, Duck, Pigeons etc. � Other Animal Sources: � We eat the meat of Goat, Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Duck etc. � Honey is made by Bees from the Nectar (a sweet liquid) of flowers. It is rich in sugars and has some antiseptic properties. � Dairy Products: � The eatables prepared from milk are termed as Dairy products. � e. g. Kheer, Curd, Sweets, Paneer, Cheese, Ice Cream etc.
Importance of Animal sources of food: �Most of the food that we get from animals is rich in Proteins and Fats. �Non-Vegetarians Vs Vegetarians �There is no advantage of Non-Vegetarians over the Vegetarians. �Non-Vegetarians are eating the meat of Goat, Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Duck etc. which are rich in Proteins and Fats. �Vegetarians are eating Dairy products like Kheer, Curd, Sweets, Paneer, Cheese, Ice Cream etc. which are also rich in Proteins and Fats.
