General Achievements q High production of deliverables in 2005 (> 2300) i. e. nine deliverables each working day (5 d/w, 52 w/y) q Three SOS interop workshops on open standards, open source and interoperability q Creation of an IPR policy review ad hoc group (see extra contribution) q Industry Specification Groups q STFs spent 4 M€ + in 2005 10% more than in 2004 q @LIS project established closer links to Latin America q Apointment of account managers as caretakers for external relations q Ex-officio case with EC DG COMPETITION closed GSC: Standardization Advancing Global Communications 8
ETSI Secretariat Matters q Renewal of ISO 9001 2000 certification in 03/2006 ongoing since 03/1994! q General satisfaction with the achievements related to the ES Business Plan q ETSI’s Competence Centres are running well – and their services are appreciated q Quality of deliverables increased – and lead times kept within the limits q ETSI’s service provisioning develops well: Plugtests.
