What makes Sound • • Compression- The part of a sound wave where molecules are crowded together. Rarefaction- The part of a sound wave where molecules are spread apart.
What can Sound go through • • • Solids- A form of matter that has a definite amount of space. Liquids- A form of matter that takes up a definite amount of space and has no definite shape. Gases- A form of matter that does not take up a definite amount of space and has no definite shape.
