We have all in-house facilities right from Continuous Casting to Rolling, Drawing, Bright Annealing, Flattening & Finishing Lines and in house testing facilities. The company was established in 1998, when the Vision of our Directors to set up a world-class plant was executed with team work and a determination for achieving our motive of catering to the global demand of Zinc wire & Copper alloy wires.
OUR PRODUCTS ZINC PRODUCTS • ZINC WIRE – Leading quality manufacturers of zinc wire used for metalizing and thermal spray galvanizing. We can offer zinc wire from 4 mm to 0. 2 mm. Packing available in coils/spools/drums and further in wooden pallet boxes. • ZINC ROD - Superior quality- Suitable for film metalizing and galvanizing applications. Available from 25 mm to 6 mm as required by our customers in rectangular and round sections. • ZINC ALUMINIUM WIRE – We can offer zinc aluminum alloy wire with up to 15% aluminum and balance zinc. This is special alloy used for thermal spray galvanizing widely used in ductile iron pipes as well as coatings with longer durability guarantee.
OUR PRODUCTS COPPER ALLOY WIRE • BRASS WIRES - Available in full range from 63/37, 65/35, 70/30, 80/20, 85/15, 90/10 & 95/5 alloy with diameter range starting 6 mm to as low as 0. 15 mm both round & flat. Our material is suitable for Rivets & Fastners, Technical Textile, Metal Cloth, Pins & Hooks, Electricals, Imitation Jewellery, Industrial Brushes, Etc. • PHOSPHER BRONZE WIRE - Available with Tin range 1% to 8%, Suitable for Electrodes, Springs, Needles, Wire Cloth, Lock springs, wire for Lamps, Connector Pins and in forming of glass threads.
