Main content of the contract Supply security: • EDF commits itself to be the supplier when no other can. For an application in EDF Group Part in UNEP-SETAC WG since 2004 State of the art of the different ways of doing a social LCA in 2006 Choice of a procedure to apply social LCA to the production of electricity on a specific EDF coal power plant Application planned for 2007: • Should be a cradle to gate application • Based on all the production of 1 power plant and all the suppliers and contractors that are necessary to make it work, then converted to the functionnal unit of 1 MWh • Based on direct measures for the power plant • Based on direct measures and adaptation of public available measures for suppliers 15 June 15 th, 2006 EDF R&D - Lausanne
