Solar Week – Spring 2012 March 19 -23, 2012 was an active and fun run for Solar Week*, this twice-yearly (since 2000) week of Sun-related middle school curriculum, activities, games and interactive message board for students to pose questions of leading solar scientists. Individual page requests (hits): 71, 571 Distinct IP addresses: 7, 044 (the number of unique, unduplicated computers that visited the site at least once). 194 posts (questions from classrooms and answers from scientists) appeared on the interactive bulletin board. Solar Week – Fall 2012 October 15 -19, 2012 was an active and fun run for Solar Week*, this twice-yearly (since 2000) week of Sun-related middle school curriculum, activities, games and interactive message board for students to pose questions of leading solar scientists (with a special focus on engaging girls).
