SOČA RIVER BASIN MANAGEMENT – BOTTOM-UP MEETS TOP-DOWN ESTABLISHING OF “SOČA RIVER FOUNDATION” Trap Project, www. trapproject. eu, is one of the three river PROCESS OVERVIEW: management projects in which Soča Valley Development Centre (PRC) is cooperating and are forming the cluster that serve as a platform for common river management issues on Soča River. The main aim of activities is the institutionalization of stakeholder cooperation in the framework of the Soča River Foundation, a body that gathers stakeholders from the river basin with the purpose of enabling sustainable development of the Soča River.
