Persuasive Essay I will begin assigning roles to students today in order to begin the pre -trial process on Monday. In order to assign everyone a role they are comfortable with, please write a persuasive essay explaining which role you feel you would excel at. You can choose a prosecuting attorney, defense attorney, any of the witnesses (please specify which one), juror or bailiff. I will be acting as the Judge. Include why you feel you would be the best fit for this role as these essays will have a big influence on how roles are assigned. Please also be sure to include what your second and third preference is in case you don’t receive your first choice. This essay will be due by the end of class. I will announce roles on Monday and we will begin the pre-trial process!
