Eligibility for Navigation Services Imminently Homeless Literally Homeless Fleeing or Attempting to Flee Domestic Violence • Individual or family will imminently lose their primary nighttime residence within fourteen (14) days. • Individual or family has a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not meant for human habitation or an emergency shelter or safe haven. • Literally homeless or at risk of becoming literally homeless due to a domestic violence situation that makes the current living situation unsafe. 4
