Do: Keep your canister nozzles clean Do Don’t • Remove and run through hot water • Do not lose O-ring • Clean weekly
Do: Shake Your Pigment By hand for 3 minutes or with shaker machine with adapter
Do: Stir your pigment in the canister Twice a day for 5 minutes and after adding pigment
Do: Put the correct pigment in the correct canister Double check labels
Do: Charge pigment in canister pumps Every morning – set for 2 oz. and charge pumps
Do: Shoot with even, two finger pressure • Do not force last drop to fall • For large shots using both pistons, lift both red and black disks
Do: Check for pigment on shaft If found, change seal
Do: Use correct tint base formula Check label
Do: CHECK THE FIRST PAIL! Color must be dry to check View in natural daylight
Do: Drain water from air tank 80 % of all problems caused by water in tank
Do: Clean mixing cups after every batch This will avoid mixing products and colors
