SMPS BASED TELECOM INTEGRATED POWER SUPPY SYSTEM PUNCOM offers Telecom Integrated Power Supply System (Model: TIPSS 1400). It is designed to provide 48 V, 24 V, 12 V, 3 -6 V nominal voltages to the equipment used in telecom, datacom, VF repeaters, Gate telephones, VHF sets, Routers, Switch and Magneto telephones. TIPSS converts Solar power or 150 -275 V AC input power into highly regulated, filtered, low noise and isolated 48 V, 24 V, 12 V, 3 -6 V DC charger input range is 70 V-150 V. MPPT Solar battery chargers 48 V/25 A and SMR rectifier modules of SMPS Power Plant 48 V/25 A work in N+1 configuration. DC-DC Converter modules work in 1+1 redundant configuration. In SMPS Power Plant Up to three rectifier modules can fit in a single 19” rack to provide 50 A of current in N+1 configuration. Over and above one SMR rectifier module is also TIPSS 1400 output. These outputs have battery backup. MPPT Solar battery available in cold standby. Power availability from TIPSS will have following priority starting from highest priority Solar power, AC power, battery then diesel generator. Control and supervisory unit (Mini. CSU) is used for configuring the system. The system can also be monitored and controlled remotely through Remote Monitoring Unit. The SMR rectifier Module has been designed with a “plug-andplay” feature i. e. when a SMR rectifier module is plugged into a live system the relevant system parameters are automatically downloaded from the Mini. CSU, making rectifier replacement a completely hands-off operation. There is provision of monitoring key parameters of battery for checking the health of battery using Battery Health Check Module. Parameters like cell temperature, cell voltage etc can be measured. TIPSS complies RDSO specification RDSO/SPN/TC/102 -2013 ver. 1. 0 Amdt. 1.
