Sherbet Smoothies Recipe By: Strained Peas! 2 pints lemon sherbet, softened 1 ½ c. cold milk 2 c. frozen peaches or raspberries In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Tropical Smoothie 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted and diced 1 medium ripe papaya peeled and diced 1 kiwi fruit peeled and diced 1 banana peeled and diced 1 cup low fat plain or vanilla yogurt Combine fruits in blender. Add yogurt and blend till thick. May add powdered cloves before serving for a more exotic flavor. Can make smoothie thinner by using one half cup low fat milk and a half cup yogurt.
