Scope � Small Works projects covered under this Letter of Understanding shall be defined

Scope � Small Works projects covered under this Letter of Understanding shall be defined as office buildings not to exceed two hundred thousand (200, 000) square feet. � Small medical clinics, doctor’s offices and dental offices where they are free standing and not attached to or part of a hospital or medical facility

Scope � Hospital additions, not to exceed two hundred thousand (200, 000) square feet

80% JW � This Letter of Understanding shall allow the use of Journeyman Inside

80% JW � This Letter of Understanding shall allow the use of Journeyman Inside Wiremen, classified under the terms of the Inside Agreement with exception of the allowing a wage rate of eighty (80) percent of the base rate of pay with the contributions as per Article XIV.

(Refer to JAC advancement & training curriculum schedule)

The Local Union may target industrial projects with CW/CE’s at their discretion

Ratio on Industrial Projects � *NOTE: CW/CE’s may be placed on industrial projects at a ratio of one (1) CW/CE for every three (3) Journeymen with a maximum of three (3) CW/CE’s on any single jobsite. The apprentice ratio is as stated in Section 4. 12 of the Inside Agreement.
