Automated Market Maker The transition to Slime Finance being a Automated Market Maker is finally here, there will be trading fee of 0. 20% of which 0. 17% of the fees go to liquidity providers and the remaining 0, 03% will be providing the Slime fund. Secondly, we are introducing Multi-treasury Pair Fee Share, where fees would be shared among multiple treasury addresses and incentivising each other. Last but not least, we’re introducing Referral Swap Fee Earnings, which functions as follows: On each Trade the Router contract saves the swap info to Slime Referral Earning contract. Having a referrer executing a trade pays out dividends in Slime to the referrer by external contract. In short: • 0. 17% Trading fees go to Liquidity Providers • 0. 03% Trading fees to the Slime fund • Multi-treasury Pair Fee Share: Multiple treasuries will be sharing the fees of depending on the pair. • Referral Swap Fee Earnings: referrer earns newly minted Slime on swap fees from referrals

Partnerships We welcome new partnerships as we host Launch Pools enabling Slime holders to earn other tokens by staking SLME or Slime. Swap LPs! Additionally beneficial for partners is our "Multi-treasury Pair Fee Share" enabling partners to acquire swapping fees from the provided SLMEPARTNER LP pair. Please refer to our AMM Fee Structure for more information. We are currently pursuing to provide our Slime users with the possibility to insure themselves. This we aim to achieve by partnering with a Insurance Provider such as Soteria Mutual. As we find security important and wish to optimise it further, we aim to have HAPI integrate their protocol into Slime Finance to provide an onchain cybersecurity layer.

AMM Fee Structure

Vaults & Arbitrage bot Vaults are definitely on our development list and we will pursue this more actively upon having upgraded both UI/UX and tokenomics as well as having completed the migration to Slime V 2. Upon reaching this stage we will develop auto-compounding vaults for SLME, SLME-BUSD LP & SLME-BNB LP pools initially and other vaults will follow. Launchpad As we complete more stages of our evolution, we would like to offer SLME holders holding X-amount of SLME or more an opportunity to participate in IDOs which we would offer on our Launchpad and likely in our Launchpools as well. With the development of our launchpad and IDO token releases, we thought of developing a Vault where you would be able to farm SLME with your IDO tokens and with your IDO tokens farm SLME! The introduction of wrapped multi-token consisting of multiple tokens would offer a great arbitrage opportunity which would synergise nicely with our plans to develop an arbitrage bot.

Gamified Predictions Market As we aim to provide the most pleasurable De. Fi experience, we believe Gamified Predictions Markets are a part of that: • In general users take positions on outcomes of real world events in a decentralized manner • Upon being in the correct category of answers: e. g. prediction that BTC will be 250 k or more by January 1 st 2022, you would win an X amount of Slime. NFT Marketplace We aim to release a NFT Marketplace after having completed the V 2 migration. • This NFT Marketplace will use Slime V 2 to purchase fractionalised NFTs, mergeable upon obtain the required number of fractionated NFTs both Slime and non-Slime NFTs would be sold on the NFT Marketplace. We aim to implement a transaction fee which would burn Slime upon purchasing the NFT or NFT fraction. Additional future NFT implementations: • NFT profile picture • Functional NFT providing a single currency yield e. g. BTCB • Slime NFTs containing Slime within the NFT • Real-life backed asset redeemable with NFT

Game design & development We aim to build a RPG NFT game where NFTs can be created as well as utilised! NFTs made in game can be bought on our NFT Marketplace with SLME! We want to reward content creators within our ecosystem, so this is our vision we are striving to achieve and will be having full focus on the NFT game development after having implemented our NFT Marketplace and Gamified Predictions Market. The governance model will likely be implemented sometime after completing the transition to being an Automated Market Maker.
