Introduction • • • Background Papers Planning Policy Committee 4 October 2011 Committee Resolution - the contents of the background papers be noted and endorsed as a basis for preparing the Site Specific Proposals LDD options paper; subject to further refinements on the grounds of accuracy or new information

Issues Paper Consultation: This consultation discussed issues to be addressed in the Site Specific Proposals LDD. Background papers: provide evidence base for the option paper. To be updated following the consultation on options to take account of representations made and additional evidence gathered. Consultation on Options: Present range of options which to address the issues identified through Issues Paper consultation. Will indicate which are the preferred options. Consultation on the Issues Paper took place in March/ April 2009 Current Stage To be confirmed following JPC committee Preparation of Proposed Submission Plan: Information gathered through earlier consultation will be used to prepare the Proposed Submission Plan. Consultation on Proposed Submission Plan: Six week consultation on the draft plan prior to submission of Plan to Secretary of State July/August 2012 Submission of Plan to the Secretary of State October 2012 Independent Examination Adoption December 2012 March 2013
