Synplify Overview Highest Quality of Results Easy-to-use Full. Featured Extremely FAST Synplicity Confidential

The Synplify Advantage Direct Synthesis Technology • Extremely efficient mapping to coarse-grained functions – If hardwired carry logic is available, Synplify uses it • Context-sensitive module generation • Technology-specific RTL and logic optimizations – Ensures global decisions are made right – Takes full advantage of the target device’s architecture Synplicity Confidential

Speed Without Compromise • 10 X to 100 X faster compile times than alternative tools • What does this mean? – Better quality design through more “what-ifs” – Increased productivity, less waiting for compiles – More cost-effective solution Synplicity Confidential

Timing Driven Synthesis Features • Specify clock frequencies for multiple clock networks in MHz FF • Specify timing constraints in nanoseconds Logic FF CLK = 25 MHz • Put timing commands in TCL script or directly in the HDL code Logic define_input_delay=7 ns Synplicity Confidential FF

HDL Analyst RTL-level schematics are ideal for designers new to HDLs Instant cross-probing for super-fast debugging Synplicity Confidential Gate-level schematics enable experienced HDL designers to tune their design for maximum performance
