Understand texts about daily activities, family, friends and environment. Ask and answer simple questions in simple present tense. Use correct grammar structures in simple present tense.
El tiempo presente simple indica una acción habitual. Examples: I SING: yo canto THEY ROW: ellos reman
Para formar este tiempo se debe tener en cuenta: Las oraciones afirmativas no usan verbo auxiliar. Las oraciones afirmativas que estén en tercera persona del singular (he, she, it) agregan “s” al verbo principal. Example:
Los verbos que terminan en: ch Sh S X o añaden es para formar el presente en la tercera persona del singular.
Wash She washes Go He goes Teach She teaches Box He boxes
Los verbos que terminan en y precedida de consonante, hacen la tercera persona del singular cambiando la y por ies.
Study He studies Cry He cries Fly It flies
A los verbos que terminan en y precedida de vocal, no se les hace ningún cambio. Simplemente se le agrega la s.
Play He plays Buy She buys
El verbo have (tener) en tiempo presente simple, cuando esté en tercera persona del singular (he, she, it) y en forma afirmativa no es have sino has.

Las oraciones negativas e interrogativas usan do - does como verbo auxiliar.

Do va acompañado de los pronombres I, you, we, they. Does va acompañado de los pronombres he, she, it. I We You They He do She It does

Cuando no desees mencionar el pronombre personal dentro de la oración, puedes remplazarlo por cualquier nombre o sujeto (persona, animal, lugar, cosa).
