As third party administrator for the program, our partnership with Remi® provides risk analysis and pricing, engineering and loss control services, parts sourcing, administrative services and processing of service reports and corresponding invoices, vendor payment, online system access (equipment schedule, maintenance history, custom reports), IT services as needed (data exchange, custom reports, other). There is no other program available in the marketplace today that provides a hybrid flexible solution for clients to control their equipment maintenance management and lays the foundation for both immediate and increasing cost savings in the future. Benefits include one renewal and billing date, consistent terms and conditions, and an online portal to manage historical preventative and corrective maintenance and repair records. CNA’s Equipment Maintenance Program saves your facility money without impacting coverage: • Reduces your equipment manufacturer maintenance agreement spend by 15 -22% • Provides comparable coverage to the Original Equipment Manufacturer maintenance agreements (covers labor, parts, travel, and tax for preventative and corrective maintenance service) • Offers additional coverages and services not found in the Original Equipment Manufacturer maintenance agreements, such as overtime standard rates or choice of service provider or risk management services CNA’s Equipment Maintenance Program provides a more efficient approach to asset management: • Creates efficiencies by replacing dozens, or even hundreds, of Original Equipment Manufacturer single maintenance agreements • Provides an online portal to track maintenance history, asset inventory, program savings, and much more • Offers one phone number to call for service regardless of equipment type or service provider • Provides capability to add/delete equipment at any time, prorated to the day • Allows for flexibility to review or adjust service terms more frequently with annual contract terms, versus longer Original Equipment Manufacturer maintenance agreements

4 Program Highlights CNA Equipment Maintenance Program provides contract evaluation: • We evaluate current vendor service agreements at no cost to you to ensure that equipment service levels, hours of coverage, coverage limitations, and total cost are consistent with industry best practices. • Upon completion of analysis, we recommend the most cost-effective service option on a per asset basis. This process ensures service quality and equipment uptime while achieving the best return for the equipment maintenance budget. CNA Equipment Maintenance Program provides vendor management & risk management: • We will primarily utilize the facility’s chosen service vendors, including the manufacturer, or the best qualified alternative service vendors available. • We work with over 2, 000 service vendors nationally and internationally. All service vendors utilized by our program are evaluated to ensure that each operates ethically, performs quality workmanship, communicates openly, and consistently delivers what is required. • Our Engineering Department is available 24 x 7 for consultation and support on all maintenance and program issues. Risk Engineering is also an available resource for equipment that is not part of the program: o engineering and loss control services o parts sourcing
