Simoniz® System 5 Claim Procedures 1. ) The customer must write a letter or send an Email to Simoniz® Specialty Markets Division and also attach a copy of their warranty. (Attn: Kathy Pointer) Kpointer@simonisusa. com The letter should state their name, address, phone number and what kind of vehicle they own. The letter should also include what kind of damage the vehicle has (i. e. Acid Rain, Tree Sap, Bird Waste, etc. )

Simoniz® System 5 Claim Procedures 2. ) Upon receiving the letter Simoniz® will contact the customer to tell them to bring the car back to the original selling dealer’s body shop for an estimate to repair. If the Dealer does not have a body shop we will ask the Dealer for a reference of a local body shop that they have a working relationship with. The estimate should be faxed to Simoniz® @ (860) 649 -4158 so it can be submitted to the insurance company with the consumer’s letter and copy of their contract. 3. ) The claim process from the time it’s submitted to Great American Insurance Company take approx. 1 -2 weeks to be paid, sometimes a little longer if an adjuster has to go out. An adjuster will be sent out if we feel there is an uncertainty to the reason for the claim amount.

Simoniz® System 5 Claim Procedures 4. ) Once Simoniz® receives the check the insurance company the agent as well as the customer and the body shop are called to let them know the claim was paid and the check will be sent to the body shop. NO REPAIRS SHOULD BE MADE UNTIL THE BODY SHOP RECEIVES THE CHECK! We prefer the check be made out to the repair facility. This is a brief outline of the Simoniz® System 5 claim procedure.
