CMI Executive Education • Provision of a suite of short (1 -2 day), industry-focused courses • Delivered in Cambridge UK by MIT and CU faculty • Premium priced - £ 500 -£ 600 per delegate day • Targeted at the technology/business interface • Heavy upfront investment in development and marketing – aim to be self supporting by 2006. (£ 30 K of sales in Oct and Nov 2003, but it is a long haul to profitability) • Marketing of 11 courses is underway for early 2004 • Building up the portfolio – we don’t expect to run all those that we market, but we are building presence, and testing the market

Economist 20 Dec 03 • Our advertizing emphasizes the power of CU and MIT working together • We need to leverage off existing company relationships as far as we can – e. g.
