Hamamtsu HV -> SMU • We will use the SMU as HV for IV scan (fast, we need 1000 HV points) • Even for SPS measurement (5 -11 points were use), because SMU is there we just have to do the cabeling. • Therefore SPS and IV will be measured one by one
Measurement time • Only estimation, since new pulser must be faster, but worst case: • SPS 10 mins / 16 Si. PMs • IV 1 mins / 16 Si. PMs User place a full tray 169, close the box, wait for temperature stabilization Robot place the first 16 into SPS (1 -2 mins) measure SPS 10 mins Place into IV (1 -2 mins) measure SPS (1 mins) Move to the other 13 x 13 tray (1 -2 mins) 20 mins / 16 Si. PM, 220 mins, 4 hours to finish one tray and open the box again (we can use camera to be sure about Si. PM orientation) • 2 -3 -4 trays can be tested (10 k / 42 days = 240 Si. PMs / 1. 5 trays) • • •
Why 2 tester? • We can bring a second full setups without NI components • PXI Chassis, SMU, DMM about 15 -20 k$ • We just borrow them (win-win for the first test, but after it perhaps we have to buy) • There can be problem with robot, our DAQ, PCB, no time to replace, but NI can deliver anytime new stuff. • Do you have similar components to set together the second device and finish the test with 2 full setup? • I can bring one or two students they are working on this PCB and DAQ.
