Financial Assistance • You can receive a range of financial assistance via Poly. U International Student Exchange Sponsorship and Hardship Fund programme to support your living costs during exchange studies overseas • Such funding will be offered to all eligible applicants and the amount varies across programmes and institutions • SHTM also provides additional Hardship Fund for students with financial needs

U’s Form AS 41 a to Miss Keiko Tam (Office: TH 711) before the specified deadline § Apply for the necessary visa, book the air tickets, arrange for insurance, and pack § Attend the briefing session organized by IAO During Exchange § Be a good ambassador for both SHTM and Poly.
