Mid-shot The Mid-shot shows detail in the face and also shows the body language of the character.
Extreme Close Up The Extreme Close Up focuses on one thing to add effect. This particular type of shot is used in Horror and Thriller movies.
Over the Shoulder Shot The Over the Shoulder Shot is a shot where the camera is looking from behind someone looking at the subject. It is usually a close up or a mid shot.
Establishing Shot The Establishing Shot shows where you arte within a scene.

Medium Close Up The Medium Close Up shot shows detail of the face and body without being uncomfortably close to the subject.
POV A close up of someone or something from someone else's point of view, this shows a view from the subject perspective.
Two Shot The Two Shot is usually a mid shot, with two people in frame.
Wide Shot In a Wide Shot, the subject take up the whole frame or at least as much as comfortably possible.
Extreme Long Shot An Extreme Long Shot is wider than a long shot. Puts the subject into context on the scene.
Worm’s Eye View A worm’s eye view makes everything seem a lot smaller.
Eye-level The eye-level shot is the most commonly used angle because it shares the same height of the character.
Bird’s Eye View The bird’s eye view is to show height. It also gives of a dramatically effect and to show the shot in a spatial perspective.
High Angle Show weakness to those in the shot.
Low Angle A low angle shot has the camera looking up at the characters in the shot. It shows power and dominance over others.
Ground shot A ground shot shows the expression of movement. Mainly used in horror movies.
