The grass is green. The trees are green. The leaves are green. Without me, all animals die.
You only think about the earth, but look around. The sky is blue. The sea is blue. The water is blue.
The sky gives us SPACE and PEACE. Without my peace, you are nothing.
You are all so serious. I bring LAUGHTER and WARMTH into the world.
The sun is yellow. The moon is yellow. The stars are yellow. Without me, there is no fun.
I am the color of HEALTH and STRENGTH. I carry the vitamins.
The carrots are orange. The pumpkins are orange. Think of the sunset. My beauty is so amazing.
I am the master of all of you. I am blood. LIFE is blood! Without me, there is no life.
I am the color of LOVE. The roses are red. The heart is red. The kisses are red.
I am purple, the color of POWER. Kings and queens always choose me because I am the sign of being smart.
…and so the colors went on fighting. Suddenly, there was a BOOOM!!!
It started to rain. The colors were afraid. They came closer to each other.
You foolish colors… Don’t you know that you each have a special purpose? Hold your hands and come to me!
From now on, when it rains, you will all be in the sky together, to remind us that you can all live in peace.
The rainbow is a sign of HOPE for TOMORROW.
… and so, whenever the rain washes the world and a rainbow appears in the sky, let’s remember to love one another.
