This could be related through coulrophobia and a mime is a silent clown to some people. This links into our silent movie as it’s about facing your fears and triumphing over them.

PLOT A silent film which involves a mime that traps an innocent bystander named Harry in a mimeified box ( that nobody can see) and passes the mimefection onto Harry by holding him at mime point. But everything this mimes is real.
