DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS (PRODUCT AND PLACE) • My Business would specialize in the resale of limited time shoes. I would specialize in high end Jordan’s • I would sell my shoes on craigslist and e. Bay, also for very rare shoes I would get in line early buy a couple of pairs and go to the end of the line and sell them for more.
DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS (PROMOTION AND PRICE • My promotion would be on e. Bay, craigslist and in person at the mall • I would sell the shoes for at least 20$ more than the store price depending on rarity, time of year, time of sale, and location of sale.
HOW IS IT DIFFERENT? • I am different from my competition because I will have the shoes that are very rare and I am willing to make deals. I will also sell on multiple sites
TARGET AUDIENCE • My target would be predominantly young and middle aged males. • I would be selling in urban and suburban malls
RISK/ EQUIPMENT • Some risk include shoes becoming out of style or the misplacement of shoes. • The only equipment I would require is a reliable form of transportation to get me to the place I would need to sell
MONEY • I would need around 200$ of startup money to buy my first pair to resale • I can probably can make a couple hundred dollars over summer
