Sheffield Hallam University SHU Racing • I heard about SHU Racing in the first

Sheffield Hallam University SHU Racing • I heard about SHU Racing in the first year but did not get involved until my final year • I regret this because of the skills and people you meet on SHU Racing. For example everyone is keen about motor sport and racing and working on a car which will actually compete against rival university's at Silverstone is better than any other assignment • Dr. Rihana Ishaq approached me during my placement year and got me interested in the cost role and general SHU racing • Then adapted the cost control role into my final year project • Cost control has allowed me to work with all of the different areas of the car instead of focusing on just one area
