Company Profile The company was founded in 1965 as a private company by the share owner Mr Meir Shriki. Also awed: * M. SHRIKI Maintenance and Management. * RECYCLING TECHNOLOGY LTD. The companies are managed by the SHRIKI family. 2

Company Profile cont. SHAY TOVALA is conformed for transporting and storage of hazardous substances by the National Environment Office. The company is certified for the following standards: ISO 9001: 2008 ISO 14001: 2004 OHSAS 18001: 2007 SI 9301 3

Company's Activities SHAY TOVALA specializes in transport and storage of hazardous substances in industry, chemical, high tech, pharmaceuticals and so on. The clients who use our transport services are the following: GADOT, Intel, Tower, Air Products, Amza, Elad Technologies, Rafael, SCD, Oil Refineries Ltd, Tanco, Hirschberg brothers, Dypotron, Dormko, Metalchim etc. . 4

Company's Activities - cont. Our storage department clients are as following : Hirschberg Brothers, Dypotron, Dormeko, E. H Green Products, A. A Sapirim, Keren In Negev, Renewable Resources etc. . 5

The transport field Shay Tovala transports mostly hazardous substances in large varieties, such as: * Shipping containers, ISO tanks - using trailers and full-trailers. *liquids and solids in Totes, IBC containers, sacks, pallets, boxes. * Gas cylinders, mound of cylinders. 6

The transport field - cont. The company owns a fleet of 21 different loading trucks, 20 towed trailers and full trailers. Some of the vehicles are equipped with hydraulic loading and unloading back wall. The company has an operation control center allowing us to follow any vehicle anytime and anywhere using the GPS system as well as MIRS communication with the drivers. The company has a Traffic Safety Officer and Head of Safety for hazardous materials transportation. 7

The transport field - cont. The company has a safety department which is responsible for recruiting new drivers, instructing and training then for the company needs. ( There’s an average of 4 professional trainings for the drivers including practical training in a car rink) Shay Tovala sees in safety a high principle for its success and invests a vast sum of resources in advanced equipment and employee training. Our company has an emergency crew both transport and storage. 8

The Storage field Shay Tovala has two storage sites for hazardous materials: 1. “Na’aman Gate Park” in Acre – 250 m 2 warehouse. 2. “MILUMOR” site - 1000 m 2 warehouse. 9

Other Activities Our company works in cooperation with the leading companies in the field of crane jobs, relocating factories, special projects, renting fork lifts and related equipment and fork lifts for Unloading Shipping containers. 10

Recycling Technology Ltd Recycling Technology Ltd provides solutions for Byproducts and waste plastic materials, plastic and cardboard. The company collects the materials to the factory located in the MILUMOR site (2800 m 2) The substances compressed by press and most of the wares exported in containers to the far east in which they’re used as a raw materials in the industry. Among our suppliers you can find: TNUVA, Caesar. Stone, PLASTOFIL, SCD, Selabonded, Tara, Tower, INTEL, ZOGLOVEK, UNILIVER, Mey’eden, Starkist. 11
