As part of a research-intensive university , SGT College of Pharmacy has a three-part mission of Education, Research and Service to Community. SGT College of Pharmacy offers students an innovative and flexible curriculum leading to the Pharmacy degree, taught by well trained & experienced faculty in a program closely associated with faculty of Medicine SGT University as well as the university’s outstanding clinical, research and academic programs. A Unique Program Students at the SGT College of Pharmacy are an integral part of the rich academic and research environment on the SGT University campus. Illustrating the interdisciplinary culture of the top-ranked university, pharmacy students develop a foundation in the pharmacy practice and share volunteer community clinical experiences. The programs at the SGT College of Pharmacy provide a broad-based curriculum with strong basic science, a diversity of clinical experiences and the opportunity for independent study in a variety of research and clinical settings. The UG curriculum also includes basic science and professional practice classes on a health sciences campus with premier educational programs in pharm. chemistry, pharmacology and pharmaceutics. The Institute offers opportunities for internships, taking advantage of its collaborative programs with industry. Post-degree research internships are encouraged and supported at the SGT College of Pharmacy.

SGT UNIVERSITY Collaborations and Tie-ups SGT College of Pharmacy is in discussion with couple of Small scale & Organized Pharmaceutical Companies for collaboration and tie up for training, workshops, technology transfer and placement. The faculty is involved in the writing of research projects in the field of formulation development and analytical method validation for few companies. The professional tie up with Sesderma India Limited , Belco Pharma, Drugfarm Laboratories, Pharmasynth Formulations , Akums and Mankind is in progress Industrial Visits: The management of SGT College of Pharmacy has arranged Industrial visits for the students of Pharmacy at GMP approved production Units namely Cachet Pharmaceutical at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and XL Laboratories, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. , Drugfarm Laboratories at Bahadurgarh The students were exposed to the various facilities to make them learn about manufacturing and quality control of Pharmaceuticals. SGT University came into existence by the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act No. : 8 of 2013. D. Pharmacy & B Pharmacy courses are approved by the esteemed Pharmacy Council of India for Conduct of Course for the session 2017 -2018. SGT College of Pharmacy has distinguished itself by educating differently in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
