SESSION WITHDRAWAL PROCESS ASU Online Campus
Self-Service Withdrawal All Students can drop courses from their My. ASU page. However; when a student attempts to drop their last listed credit course they will be prompted to complete a session withdrawal. Campus students will be directed to contact their college. Online students can move forward with the session withdrawal without having to go through an advisor. Students are still held to University Calendar dates for Add/Drop, refund and withdrawal guidelines.
Self-Service Withdrawal Students can complete their own session withdrawal through their My. ASU page.
Self-Service Withdrawal Begin the normal drop process by selecting the class(s).
Self-Service Withdrawal Finish the normal drop process.
Self-Service Withdraw If the drop is the last remaining credit, the student will see this message. *Note: the student will be prompted to contact college. Online students can continue the process.
Self-Service Withdrawal The student must accept the consequences for dropping the SESSION not from the UNIVERSITY. *Note: students are confused by the wording here. They are NOT withdrawing from University, only the session.
