To authorize the TG Chair to request the working group approve to submit the editorial comment set on the IEEE Std. 802. 16 j-2009 draft, IEEE 802. 16 -09/0010 (document number to be confirmed at the uploading), to be issued by the 16 j-Draft Review Team for consideration of the IEEE SA editor. 2. Motion: 1 st: Mitsuo Nohara, 2 nd: Harry Bims at 10: 04 3. Result: Passed, 4/0/0 4. Note; At the WG Closing Plenary, it was found that this motion unnecessary at WG and the TG chair advised to manage it instead. 9
