SUMMARY OF ASSESSMENT Entry Level Certificate in Science Unit 1: Entry Level Science 1 (25%) Written examination: 1 hour Available in the summer session from 2018 Unit 2: Entry Level Science 2 (60%) End of unit tests: 4 x 30 minutes (4 tests) Unit 3: Entry Level Science 3 (15%) Practical assessment: 4 x 1 hour sessions (2 tasks) • Internal – available now from secure WJEC website • Sent in for moderation by May 2018 • Change on an annual basis
