What do SMART goals stand for?
Specific: what are you aiming for? Measurable: How will you know if/when/how well you’ve achieved it? Achievable: Do you have the knowledge, skills, and resources to accomplish the goal? Relevant: The goal fits into our long term plans. Time-bound: When you would have this accomplished
Why are SMART goals important?
