• • Great is Thy Faithfulness Psa. 119: 90 "Thy faithfulness is unto all generations. . . Faithfulness… • Faithfulness OF God (Dt 7. 9 – the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love) • Psalms 25. 10 All the paths of the Lord are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep his covenant and his testimonies. • Lam 3. 22 -23 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. • 2 Thess 3. 3 – the Lord is faithful. To Be Full of Faith • To Support, Build Up, to Foster, to Not Cheat or Have Affections for Another Parent, to Nurse Steady in Allegiance Worthy of trust and belief, Being a good investment. Consistent and reliable • Servant Antonyms for Dependability: dishonest, irresponsible, uncertain, unreliable • Devoted and Helpful. A Supporter • Humble to Themselves > Submit to God > Meet the Needs of Others
Serving with Faithfulness • I don’t have the time • I don’t know what I should do • I don’t have any special skills to contribute • They don’t need me
Our Greatest Ability • The first ability is Dependability • “Be so dependable that if you say you will be somewhere and don’t show up, they’ll send flowers. ” • The second ability is Reliability • Complete confidence that person can be trusted • The third ability is Availability.
Timothy Phil 2: 19 -24 • 19 I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, so that I too may be cheered by news of you. 20 For I have no one like him, who will be genuinely concerned for your welfare. 21 For they all seek their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ. 22 But you know Timothy's proven worth, how as a son with a father he has served with me in the gospel. 23 I hope therefore to send him just as soon as I see how it will go with me, 24 and I trust in the Lord that shortly I myself will come also.

(Acts 16: 2 – well spoken of by the brethers) • His past example and hard work are well known • He Had a Servants Reward (23 -24) • Paul chose Timothy to represent him • A Submissive Mind Grows in Us as we Yield
EPHAPHRODITUS (Phil 2: 25 -30) • 25 I have thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus my brother and fellow worker and fellow soldier, and your messenger and minister to my need, 26 for he has been longing for you all and has been distressed because you heard that he was ill. 27 Indeed he was ill, near to death. But God had mercy on him, and not only on him but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow. 28 I am the more eager to send him, therefore, that you may rejoice at seeing him again, and that I may be less anxious. 29 So receive him in the Lord with all joy, and honor such men, 30 for he nearly died for the work of Christ, risking his life to complete what was lacking in your service to me.

A Faithful Servant • • Do you possess the right values? Do you care for the interests of others? Do you live with integrity before an unbelieving world? Do you keep your promises? Do you develop your God-given gifts? Do you obey God’s commands? Do you pass on what you learn?
