Psychological Pilot Programme • • Brigade OH referrals – Jubilee only 2 Week residential programme Up to six 1 -2 -1 sessions Programme of physical therapy – ‘holistic’ Alternative to current provision Cost - £ 300 + VAT 14 brigades have referred clients Pilot will produce outcome scores for review
Functional Testing • • • Fitness for duty evaluation Weekend residential programme Rescue scenarios Performance of drill procedures Universal assessments e. g. BP, HR etc Report for brigade OH to assist in assessment of return to work
