Warranty and Software Policy § Cisco® Catalyst® 2960 -S, 3750 -X, and 3560 -X

Warranty and Software Policy § Cisco® Catalyst® 2960 -S, 3750 -X, and 3560 -X Series Switches will launch with an enhanced limited lifetime hardware warranty (E-LLW). § E-LLW extends warranty coverage and supports customers’ basic parts replacement and technical support needs. For comprehensive technical support, customers should add a service contract that meets their business requirements. § Original end user customers with Base IOS® software licenses are entitled to maintenance updates and bug fixes through the Catalyst software policy. § E-LLW is being made available at this time only on the 2960 -S, 3750 -X, and 3560 -X in response to customer needs in the segments served by these products.
