CONTENT 04 Common Faults And Solutions
Common Faults And Solutions 1. HGB voltage abnormal/ HGB failed Analysis Reagent which pass through the chamber or HGB Module is changing to cause voltage changing. (For example, reagent is changed or reagent is not enough. ) Related spare parts WBC Chamber Operation process 1)Check if the liquid of Chamber or Machine is enough? If no, priming the reagent and solve the reagent not enough probelm. 2)Adjust the HGB gain in software after ensure the liquid of chamber and machine is enough. 3)If problem still in, replace the WBC Chamber
Common Faults And Solutions 2. Sheath flow chamber was blocked, No differentiate Analysis Sheath flow chamber was dirty or blocked Related spare parts Sheath flow chamber Operation process 1)Use the strong cleaner to clean the machine. 2)Execute the sheath flow chamber cleaning operation in software. 3)Clean the sheath flow chamber by manual operation.
Common Faults And Solutions 3. Build Positive/Negative pressure failed Analysis Wrong connection of corresponding cable to cause negative pressure chamber failed; Tube or Valve was blocked or leaked to cause pressure abnormal; Related spare parts Valve LV 15/LV 16, Waste Pump, Tube L 40/L 39/L 38/L 37/L 28; Operation process 1)Ensure the connection of cable and tube is corrected. 2)Check the related spare parts in ‘Self-test’ page; 3)Inspect if the tube or spare parts is leaking, or backflow is happening in the tube or spare parts. 4)If above step could not solve the problem, please replace the related spare parts one by one to figure the true problem.
Common Faults And Solutions 4. RF card reader failed Analysis Cable connection of RF card reader is loose to cause fault; RF card reader is defective; Software which is control reader function is lost to cause reader failed. Related spare parts RF card reader block ,Main board; Solutions 1)Re-connect the RF card reader to ensure the connection is tight. 2)Replace the RF card reader in front cover ; 3)Replace the main board ;
Common Faults And Solutions 5. Reagent expired Warning (More than 90 days after Reagent Open) Analysis With the regulations of CFDA and CE, expired warning must comes up in machine when 90 days after reagent open. However, with the requirement of clients, we had expanded the using day to 180 days even machine already warning in software V 5. 0. Related spare parts Corresponding reagent Operation process 1)Click Trouble Shooting remove the warning each time after machine opened. 2)Ran out the reagent in 180 days after reagent opened.
