Request For Enhancements • Ability to configure alert mail format (txt/HTML). • Alert mail subject should be more descriptive of the problem (SDP Critical/Informational Alert from device). • Alert mail message should have a better description of the problem (eg. the instead of just showing the FSC code). • Better description of STK Analysts work log on Alerts. • Receive a notification when an operation is executed by a STK Analyst on a device. • Ability to display the devices monitored by serial number or configured name. • Externalize statistics on type and number of errors per device/media. • Already reports are given access to CE’s but not the costumer? More Functionality SDP good start but would be nice to have … • Virtual Operator Panel (VOP) like interface. • T 10000 tape drive integration (and LTO if possible). • Costumer access to knowledge database (Primus database). • Pro-active monitoring of device degradation or media degradation. • Frequenter releases of SDP software. – Will SUN merge speed software releases?
